Thankful today, that God through the death of Christ and our death with Him, we have such an awesome deliverance. I am thankful today because God is not telling me that I have to die to something in my life, some habit, or some stronghold.
Thankful today that all He is calling me to do is reckon on the fact that all about me is a finished and established fact based solely on who Christ is and what He accomplished.
Thank God that our standing is that we are in Christ before the Father. To think that we are loved by the same affectionate love that the Father loves our precious Savior.
Thank God that instead of living in the hopeless effort of trying to make myself better for Him, we have the joy of being blameless and spotless in Christ before God. Rom. 8:1-39.
Thank God that when we are truly weak in self, His grace that saved us and keeps us is overwhelmingly our source of strength.
It is because Christ came wrapped in humanity, filled up with all of who God is--grace and truth. Jn.1:14.
God is for you and me in the greatest manifestation of His eternal mind. Anything that comes towards us outside of this truth is a lie.
When we experience this truth, in Christ, we experience being just as free as He is on His Father's right hand.
